I agree to the following terms and condition before final submission of Academic Counsellor Empanelment form:

1. I am applying for my empanelment as an Academic Counsellor at a particular study centre for a particular programme/courses.
2. I fully understand and agree that after approval of my name as Academic Counsellor my services will be utilized as per the requirement of the Study Centre
3. I am aware that this empanelment is not any job offer by IGNOU.
